张炳坤,博士,博士生导师,中国农业大学动物科技学院副教授。长期致力于促进动物黏膜屏障功能健康发育的营养调控及其相关机制研究。中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养分会理事、北京畜牧兽医学会理事、World's Poultry Science Association (WPSA)、美国American Gastroenterological Association (AGA)会员等。曾在美国芝加哥大学(The University of Chicago)进行病原菌调控宿主肠道屏障功能作用机制合作研究。
承担和参与国家自然基金项目、973计划课题“胃肠道结构与功能的发育及其调节”、国家科技支撑项目、国家重点研发计划等国家级项目,获得北京高等学校“青年英才计划”支持。
获教育部科学技术进步一等奖和国家科学技术进步二等奖各1项,起草制定《产蛋后备鸡、产蛋鸡、肉用仔鸡配合饲料》、《玉米干全酒糟(玉米DDGS)》、蛋鸡、肉鸡配合饲料等国家或行业标准以及《饲料添加剂安全使用规范》,参编《家禽营养》、《动物免疫营养学》等著作,近期已在国际著名期刊Cell Host & Microbe 、Journal of Nutrition 、Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry、British Journal of Nutrition、Animal Feed Science & Technology、Poultry Science、Animal、Avian Pathology等期刊上发表论文二十余篇,申请授权发明专利3项。
