张永亮

张永亮博士，生物学院, 教授, 博士生导师。

先后主持国家自然科学基金3项(1项青年基金和2项面上项目)、国家转基因生物重大专项2项和中央基本科研业务费等。在国内外重要学术刊物上发表SCI研究论文37篇，其中第一(含共同) 作者2篇，通讯作者(含共同) 14篇, 分别发表在Nature Communications, PLoS Pathogens,Plant Physiology,Plant Biotechnology Journal,Journal of Virology等杂志上，单篇他引大于100的通讯作者文章1篇。以第一发明人申请专利2项，获得河北省科技进步二等奖1项，获得2018年度中国植物病理学会青年植物病理学家奖。

本课题组主要进行以下2方面进行研究：
1. 植物先天免疫机理（Plant innate immunity），重点关注抗性基因(R基因-Bsr1和N) 识别效应因子的分子机制。
2. 植物-病毒互作（Plant-virus interaction），重点利用系统生物学手段研究病毒复制、移动以及包装的分子机理。

3. 植物病毒载体的开发和应用。
